| With Patch 5.4 scheduled for September 10th, it's time to start thinking about how to gear up for the Siege of Orgrimmar. Blizzard's latest blog today covers currency changes and ways you can catch up on gear.Of particular note:
- The Timeless Isle has BoA armor tokens, which can be turned into [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Some even have distinctive transmog looks! We've gone over the specifics in our heirloom blog, and have added tabs on all BoA token pages for users to see what items are created by each token.
- Reputation gear from all MoP factions will cost Justice Points instead of Valor Points, and will have their reputation requirement lifted. We investigated all the costs on the PTR--you can check out the in-depth blog on currency changes [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] epics will require Friendly reputation and also have greatly reduced costs.
- A new PvP season in 5.4 means new levels of PvP gear. ilvl 496 Tyrannical Gear will cost Honor Points, while ilvl 522 Grievous Gear will cost Conquest Points.
- Valor is not being reset and the best thing to do with your points is to use them for item upgrades in 5.4.
- You'll still want to hold onto your [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in 5.4 This quest rewards 3x [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], which can be used for bonus loot in the Siege of Orgrimmar.

| thanks this dose help so every one should be saving there tokens for the new 5.4 coming out to get the
new tokens with the lesser charms.
Also looks like in the new patch 5.4 the i lvl to get in the new LFR is going to be 496. witch is not bad for the raiders they should all be
close to 530 by now.

| True that, I hope to be hitting the new content first thing, so all of the group need to start looking at patch notes and strats for the new raids. | |
