Raid groups are forming alot of new people some veteran raiders from past content some new to raiding.
Our basic rule of Raiding is, you make the commitment to your team to raid. You will be required to be there PERIOD no excuses.
If you can't commit to the nights and time of your raid, request to be on there standby list and if they can use you then they will but being on standby is no guarantee of a spot.
