The guild was founded on the premise that skilled raiders do not have to be immature pricks. We've had very few issues in the past and we look forward to continuing the friendly and drama-free tradition.
As a member of EOE, you agree to the following:
Be courteous and respectful to all players. This includes guildies and non-guildies.
No trolling, spamming, or flaming in a public chat channel or on the battle.net forums.
No derogatory slurs or hateful & intolerant speech regarding race/sexuality/beliefs/etc.
Don't be a douche or an elitist--inappropriate and/or inconsiderate behavior is strongly frowned upon.
Basically, just act like a decent human being and we'll get along. That said, we're all adults and we're here to have fun therefore our guild chat is not PG rated. A sense of humor is required. We are not LGBT guild, however our members represent a large variety of backgrounds so be respectful of others with that conversations can get a little racy. If you are not comfortable with that or if you are extremely sensitive to swearing, you may want to reconsider us as your guild.
The Consequences:
We have a zero-tolerance policy on ninja'ing. If you are found guilty of ninja'ing loot, you will be gkicked.
If you are reported for a lesser offense (such as trolling or spamming the public channels), you will receive a warning.
Multiple or frequent warnings will result in removal from the guild.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for trials. If you show us that you're not a good fit with our personalities from the start, we will not keep you around.
If you have issues with anyone in the guild, please alert one of our officers and we will take steps to help mediate the situation. Thank you.
