Bottom Line for raiding in Cat

Ok everyone this is it what everyone has been waiting for, Raiding in Cata Our main focus is "Blackwing Desent" Period!. There is nothing new to what is expected of a raider other than we are going to be alittle more critical on our policies and guidelines that are required of our raiding community (Remember, if you havent expressed a deisre to raid to a raiding officer dont expect to raid). The next few weeks will be a selection process for the raid group, right now so far there is only one progression group in EOE lead by Bronn, main tank is waral, while we build this group they will be looking at each person and will be moving people in and out to get the right mix of ranged melee and attitudes, we will also start being more critical on not excepting invites, being late , not learning from your mistakes or generally not following instructions. Again prime candidates for this group will 1. be available for both days without fail 2. Have the gear and the dps or heals needed to compete at that level, 3. be able to take sometimes harsh critism when you are failing to follow instructions or not doing your job.

All of this is not directed at anyone person your desire to succeed maybe more then your abillity to succeed and you may need to be the bigger person to see that, and not be told that you are failing and dragging down the rest of the group, think of the other 9 that are with you and ask yourself am i letting them down by not performing.
