This allows the healer to jump out EARLY to ease outside healing, and guarantees that both DPS (the hybrid throwing heals, and the pure dps) have 22-24 stacks upon leaving the realm. Teams are not beating enrage without as many DPS as possible having as high stacks of SI as possible.

For example here is a fight where there were 6 DPS. The elesham was the guy who did 52k DPS and also did 30k HPS: WoL for Moxyshock ...this was made up of mostly FlameShock / LavaBurst on the boss, followed by HealingRain / Conductivity / HealingStreamTotem

I think were going to 2 heal this next week, seems like everyone is doing it that we so we will see who has the best dps and go that way, i suspect it will probably be me, not do to dps but lack of aoe heals. even though for this fight i crank out the point and click heals with the unlimited mana
