Well with me having another career change which keeps me home alot more i am slowing going to transition the raid groups under my control and the raid leads will answer to me for all their raiding needs, i will like i have in the past recruit players that are need to fill critical roles for each raid group if they cannaot fint anyone in the guild to fill them. please read the forum section on raiding and expectations for the new content. i hope to have firlands on farm before 4.3 comes out but thats a big if.
