Winter is absolutely right, focusing on your main is a raiders top priority, if you have time for others thats great knock yourself out, but grinding rep, grinding valor and hitting LFR every reset is what we need to do. Heroic gear is is not going to cut it as of right now it shows in our dps if shows in our heals that we need better, some of you have stepped up and started the grind others have not.
I will if i have to put in place rules that we used back in BC were you had to be revered or better with certain factions before you can raid. Its time to step up and get to it. Thats were the good gear is faction valor rep is 489 we need this to move on in raiding.
