Raid Expectations

Attendance
We expect all raiders to maintain 90% attendance, if you choose to not turn up to a raid because you don't feel like playing, you will be removed from the group, if any real life issues come up that prevent you from raiding please discuss them with Myself(Hecklar) and Bron so we can have a standby raider ready.
Preparedness
Each raider must come with the appropriate consumables (food, potions, elixirs/flasks). During raids, each raider will need to run with food buffs as well as elixir/flask buffs.
Gear must be appropriately enchanted, gemmed, and reforged.
We EXPECT you to work on obtaining any upgrades available outside of raiding.
While everyone needs to take breaks, constant AFKs slow down the groups progress. We will usually take one five-minute break at the halfway point, if you need to constantly go afk for a smoke break or messaged in game or vent to get your attention then you will find yourself removed from the group.
Every raid member is expected to be familiar with the encounters we are doing currently as well as the near future, there will be a brief summary of the encounter before the pull but we will not be taking 20 minutes to go over what each class needs to do that is your part of knowing the fight.
With that being said "NO ONE" will speak during the raid explanation and or during the raid while the encounter is in progress "Unless you are designated to call out a time hack or upcoming event. excessive talking will result in you being muted in vent.
We do not discurage new idea's or ways of doing things however whisper your idea or comments do not distract the raid by voicing them in vent.
Every raid member is required to have either DBM or Bigwigs as well as a functioning vent for Voice Communication.
Classes and Talents
You are expected to bring your main toon to all raids, even if you don't need any items from those raids, if the raid leaders ask you to bring alt in order to improve the raids chances of success on an encounter do so.
You are expected to continuously look for ways to improve your performance and efficiency as a raider, know your class research it.
You are expected to come to each raid with the best pve orientated talent spec while taking into account the groups buffs/debuffs we are missing, your offspec will be discussed and changed by the raid leaders if we feel it is necessary to succeed on an encounter.
You are expected to maintain good secondary sets of gear if we need you to fill a different role, also keeping up to date on your secondary role.
Loot Distribution
Both Teams use an open roll system, if you need, need. MS over OS,if you win an item you are expected to pass for the remainder of the night unless no one else needs for MS. If it is not a boe it will be disenchanted with the material being kept by the raid lead or the enchanter for deposit into the guild bank.
Myself(Hecklar) and Bron will intervene if a discrepancy occurs during looting.
Constructive Criticism
Myself(Hecklar) and Bron will use all available tools to review the raids performance (recount/wol/etc) If we approach you with constructive feedback on your performance then do not take it personally and react defensively. We are all wanting to better our own performance. Listen to the feedback, and if you agree, use it to improve your playing, and if you disagree, discuss why you disagree.
Final Note
Any decision Myself(Hecklar) or Bron make will be FINAL.
