Since ive been absent from EOE raiding some issues have been coming up that need to be addressed the following are group calander and raid guidelines to establish groups within EOE
No one individual is reserved or locked to one group unless it is a progression group end of story.

1. Calander invite group size raid comp and leadership.
a. If it is a private invite list the group size will be limited to 10 people + one Raiding officer(as Moderator) to monitor who is in the group, Private invites will be limited to Progression groups or random one time raid groups
b. Any group invite exceeding 10 people will be on the calander as a open invite for everyone in the guild(These groups will not interfere with core progression groups), if you wish to have players reserved spots then promote those people on the invite list to moderator or confirmed all others will not have a spot unless needed and will not expect to go, however raiding guidlines cover in raiding section apply to all sign-ups regardless of you guild status, if you sign-up show up failure to show will result in removal from future raiding.
c. Any group that forms will not be considered a progression group unless it is sanctioned by a Raiding officer and a 10 member group is submitted by the raid leader, along with raid days and times and the progression content( progression content will not consist of trash runs, pugs or content that is not the target raid content, in short it will be a long term coordinated group run by a single raid lead that will answer to EOE officers.
These guidelines are established for the raiding body to help organize future raiding, we will be also turning on Guild repairs for the raider Rank and the rank will be a priviledge to wear, if you have anyquestion please speak to Marc.
As far as raiding as a whole, we want to raid, we want everyone that wants to raid get in on Raids, but right now we dont have enough geared people to field 2 or 3 groups, and the other groups that were.......well are not not now we will be rebuilding progression groups as the need arises, and until all progression groups show the guild they are progressing content(not just heroics or trash runs) then we (EOE) will keep all prior raiders at the member rank.
It will be up to the Groups designated raid lead to coordinate and keep informed the Raiding officers of there intentions and progress whenever there is a change to there raid.
